Human trafficking, sex trafficking, the buying and selling of young girls and yes, even boys, for horrible, horrific cartel-tied purposes: this is taking place in America's own communities. In America's own neighborhoods. In America's own San Diego, for instance. And San Diego County Supervisor Kristin Gaspar, who's seen first hand the destruction traffickers bring, has some tough words, along with some good ideas, to wake people to the cold, harsh truths of U.S. trafficking.
