If any one segment of the population could be faulted for the
dismal state of this country's culture and oft-corrupt political
world, it's the evangelical voters. Harsh, but true. Fact is only
about a third of self-professed Christians vote in any given
election. And fact is, too, that the only thing necessary for evil
to flourish is for men and women of good moral character to stay
silent. Failing to vote is a sort of staying silent. If America
wants to turn the time back to an era where individualism reigned
and rights came from God -- not from self-interested government --
then the solution is for more Christians doing more voting in more
elections. Timothy Head of Faith & Freedom Coalition, discusses the
midterms and beyond and what it all means for America's
liberties.
